Deposit
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is necessary at the time of booking.
Balance
Remaining balance must be settled at least (3) days prior to the pick-up or delivery date. Failure to complete the payment by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
Design
Custom cakes are artistic creations, and while we try our best to match designs and colors precisely, there might be slight variations. We'll come as close as possible to your desired shade, but we don't offer discounts or refunds for minor color or text differences.
Delivery
The delivery rate begins at $25 per mile. In the event of an unavoidable occurrence, such as an act of God, a car accident, poor road conditions, or accidental dropping of the cake during delivery, our liability will not exceed the price of the cake specified in this order.
Cancellation
The client reserves the right to cancel at any time but deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Time
Cake designs with intricate details may need more time for fondant accents/decoration. Please ensure all cake orders are placed with a deposit at least (7) days before the event date.
Disclaimer
After the cake leaves our establishment or is delivered, we are not liable for any damages. To ensure the cake's safety, we advise picking it up in an air-conditioned vehicle and placing the cake on a flat surface during travel. Please refrain from carrying the cake on your lap.
